Item Condition

All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags.

We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

Important: Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.

Reverse Pick Up

We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the request approval date.

Please keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.

Refunds

Post receipt of the return package, it will undergo a quality inspection, and we will issue a refund within 7 days if it passes our inspection process.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your bank's processing time.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return request
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
4. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for return pickup or self-shipping
5. Package the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging
6. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 days
